Patrick Lee McBride...23 years old...145 pounds...5'6" tall. Patrick brings to the apartment, hmmm, well I don't know but it's useful. A native of Florida, Patrick's swamp and wilderness skills proved vital in the winning of the Great War and in subsequent battles in the apartment. McBride also knows intimately of the other world found through the portal. His stirring songs of the exploits of Judah and others against the banchies and phantasms capture the essence of horror of the underworld and show the bravery of these apartment adventurers as they spend weeks and months battling in that terrible place, cursed be its ignominious name. Patrick also has the distinction, along with Jeff and Trevor, of being one of the few members who cooked extensively when he was in-house, cooking buffalo nuggets,clam chowder pasta, chicken fried rice, conglomeration stew and other apartment favorites. Patrick enjoys a good song and sings and plays instruments alot. He also enjoys a good evening out with pleasant company or long walks on the beach (yes, ladies he's single!). For apartment military skills, Patrick brings experience from being Chief of Staff of a prestigious covert group from Florida whose operations have spanned from Florida to Texas and have included such celebrities as the Balrog from Lord of the Rings, Michael Clark Duncan, and the fine officers of the Dallas Police Department. However, despite any misadventures, Patrick, unlike some other members, maintains a clean record and still refuses participation in the highest death percentage activity, getting shot by the shotgun. However, despite this refusal, no cowardice resides in this lad when it comes to apartment affairs. Patrick has had his share of wounds in the battles, being baptized in the fire of airsoft war times over, and yet still remains alive to type this bio. Other fun facts about Patrick include he once (I say once because the mighty Avalos brings a new, overwhelming might to the competition) held the Apt. 106 benchpressing title, arm wrestling title and even made the table that the latter contest was fought upon (no wonder he won). This strapping lad's hometown is Pensacola, Florida, which he considers one of the best places on Earth. Patrick also is a Christian and would love to tell anyone about how God has changed his life (please ask anytime). Patrick enjoys good music and good conversation-- that is music and talk with true, lasting meaning. Hence, you might find him often listening to the subtley powerful music of Pierce Pettis or enjoying a talk about the deep things of life. Patrick also values true friendships and relationships not given over to the mere winds of emotion or capricious whimsy, but based upon love, committment, integrity and truth. This all sounds serious, but Patrick is a laid back guy, enjoying a good time of just hanging out or encouraging others to relax and drink a coke (and do their homework). Patrick studies history (You can often find him watching the history channel or comedy central...well actually that's all he ever watches) and music and hopes to maybe teach or go into the ministry or even do something else. But right now he says that he just looks forward to more battles at the apartment, building a dock with his dad in Mississippi at Lake Patty, graduating from college, and whatever next adventure that shall come. Patrick was one of the original apartment mates and enjoys thoroughly the addition of its new members. For Patrick, the apartment-- with all of its firing squads, firearms, bloody battles, softball teams, and crazy exploits-- boils down to one thing: true friendship.
